IL MOLINO DEL GOBBO

Sant’Agata Feltria is located between the valleys of the river Savio and Marecchia, on the hills of Montefeltro, near Rimini.  The retreat is hosted by poet and director Rosana Crispim Da Costa in her Molino del Gobbo. The Molino del Gobbo is set in an ancient mill that dates back to the 16th century and that’s the source of the inn’s name (Molino means mill). The Molino del Gobbo enjoys an intriguing mix of history, nature and culture that is the magnificent setting of this magical place. A gorgeous place where the history of the Rocca Fregoso, the inspiring fortress that overlooks all of Sant’Agata Feltria granting the town its medieval charm; the nature of the Appenines, the majestic backdrop of the inn, where one finds the meeting point of the mountain of Tuscany, Romagna and Marche, are just a few reasons to be here.

THE LIGHTHOUSE VILLA

Mombasa is the second largest city in Kenya, lying on the Indian Ocean. Is one bestowed with such beautiful beaches with white sandy beaches and a deep historical and cultural heritage that most travelers cannot resist, the beauty of the beaches and the history surrounding this city is simply marvelous.s   

The retreat is hosted by writer and filmaker Suhalia Abu Cross at  her Lighthouse Villas. This  is a perfect writing retreat, full of light, air and sea breezes. Perched on a low cliff, it overlooks the channel leading to the old Dhow Port and Fort Jesus. The views over the sea are inspiring and beautiful. It is quiet but not isolated, spacious but not grand.  

There are several protected areas outside where writers may sit and enjoy a change of scene, recharge their batteries and absorb nature.
